Payments and Policies
We aim to provide clarity by being fully transparent about what you can expect from us as well as what we would expect from you, as our client.
As part of our onboarding process, we will provide you with our Student Handbook. This Handbook details all our payment and policies information including cancellation and rescheduling policies.
- Our invoices and payments are handled via Tutor Cruncher, our secure payment portal and CRM system. We will invoice you every month, this will generate 'credits' which will be used when your lessons are completed. At the end of the month, we will provide you with a statement detailing lessons taken. We accept payments by BACS (via direct debit mandate) or debit card.
